Super Plaid is a lifestyle. And a band.

Super Plaid formed in 2009 with members Matt Wray and then Brianna Brumfield, now Wray. In 2010 Super Plaid’s ranks expanded to include Kevin Daniel Gibbons on bass guitar and Jesse Mack on drums. Together we played shows at the Josephine and Comet Tavern. We were described as a funky rocky jam band. 

Eventually Jesse and his amazing wife, Jeri, moved home to Minnesota and Kevin and his amazing wife, Jackie, moved to New York. They are much missed, but Super Plaid plaids on. 

We are often accompanied by Jared Wade, AKA Jericho. Jared and Matt formed NeoGeni5es. Their sound is unique electronic beats.
